**Returns Policy for Clothing**

At Sylvia Lea, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below:

**1. Eligibility for Returns:**
- We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

**2. Exclusions:**
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.

**3. Initiation of Return:**
- To initiate a return, please fill out the returns form included in your package.
- Clearly indicate the reason for return and include the form with your returned item(s).
- Please contact our customer service team at madison.taylor@sylvialea.com to notify us of your return and receive further instructions.
- Returns should be posted back to us at the address provided on the returns form within the specified return period.

**4. Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received, damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.

**5. Refund Process:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

**6. Exchange Policy:**
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per our returns policy and place a new order for the desired item and contact our team madison.taylor@sylvialea.com


**8. Defective or Damaged Items:**
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
