RETURNS
SYLVIA LEA SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
At Sylvia Lea, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an enjoyable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
RETURN ELIGIBITY
- Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item:
1. Contact our customer support team at info@sylvialea.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Our team will provide return instructions, including the address where you can send the item.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
4. Return shipping fees are covered by us. Contact info@sylvialea.com for a return prepaid shipping label. ( NOTE : INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES OUTSIDE OF THE UK AND EU ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER AND NOT COVERED BY US)
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business .
EXCHANGES
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
UK & EU Customers
We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This means you are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please note that customised or personalised pieces are non-returnable.
International Customers
We do accept returns and exchanges on international orders; however, these are at the expense of the customer. This policy allows us to maintain transparent pricing while minimising the environmental impact of overseas shipping. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution..
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
